Rafał Sobierajski has a diverse range of work experience. Rafał started their career in 2006 as a Presenter at Radio Planeta Kielce. From there, they worked as a Junior Account Manager at Core PR, where they supervised PR activities for brands such as NETGEAR, Vision Film, and Vobis. In 2011, Rafał became a Junior Consultant at Havas PR Warsaw, where they were involved in various PR activities for clients including Samsung, Google Poland, DaWanda, and AkzoNobel. Rafał then moved on to roles such as Head of Social Media at Clickad Interactive, Creative & Strategy Specialist at Grupa TVN, and Head of Digital B2B at Monday - agencja komunikacji. Rafał also owned their own company, Communication Without Borders, and worked as a Head of Social Media at Business Factory. Currently, they are a Team Leader at Business Factory and a Lecturer at Collegium Civitas, teaching courses on "Social Media and Content Marketing."
Rafał Sobierajski obtained a licencjat degree in Nauki polityczne z komunikacją społeczną i mediami from Wyższa Szkoła Ekonomii i Prawa im. prof. Edwarda Lipińskiego from 2004 to 2007. Rafał then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Political Communication from Collegium Civitas, which they completed from 2007 to 2009.
