Štěpán Růža is an accomplished digital marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Digital Advertising Director at Business Factory since July 2020, overseeing financial planning, performance management, and leading a team of specialists. As a co-founder of Všímavec, Štěpán focuses on mental health applications for children and parents. Previous roles include PPC Team Leader, Marketing Strategist, and Google Ads Specialist, demonstrating expertise in campaign management and digital strategy. Štěpán has also co-founded an educational agency and worked in sales and administrative capacities earlier in the career. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Business Management and Economics from Mendel University in Brno and additional studies in various relevant fields.
