Riikka Walden is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational culture and leadership development. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Business Finland since February 2020, Riikka has previously held significant roles such as Director of Leadership & Culture at Altia Plc, where responsibilities included strengthening organizational culture and developing leadership initiatives. Riikka's background also includes serving as a Senior Coach at AS3 Finland Oy and various HR leadership roles at UPM, focusing on energy and biofuels, people development, and global project management.
