Johanna Poschwatta

Johanna Poschwatta has extensive work experience spanning several roles and organizations. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Rains Lucia Stern, PC. Following that, they joined UC Berkeley as a Student Grants Assistant from 2013 to 2014. Eventually, Johanna joined BSR (Business for Social Responsibility) in 2015, initially as an Office Coordinator. Johanna progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Operations Associate, Operations Manager, and currently holds the position of Associate Director of Operations. In their current role, Johanna leads the global Operations team, overseeing cross-functional collaboration, team strategy and planning, and systems and processes. Johanna is responsible for metrics and reporting, internal processes related to BSR's single-company consulting work, and project staffing function.

Johanna Poschwatta received an Associate's Degree in Anthropology from Diablo Valley College between 2009 and 2013. Johanna then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley, completing their studies between 2013 and 2015.
