Danielle McMullan is an experienced consultant specializing in business and human rights, currently focused on migrant workers in the Gulf at the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre since February 2020. Previously, Danielle held roles as a Senior Labour Researcher and Researcher at the same institution, contributing to various projects including the Business & Freedom of Association Project. Additional experience includes a short-term consulting role at Traidcraft Policy Unit organizing an Agricultural Symposium, serving as a caseworker at Refugee and Migrant Justice, and managing research and development for the ethical supply chain programme at Business in the Community. Danielle’s legal background includes practicing as a Solicitor in the Litigation Department at Mayer Brown, handling diverse litigation matters. Danielle holds an LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex and an LLB in Law from the University of Reading.
