Giulia Vinzi is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Lead at the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre since July 2021. Previously, Giulia held various HR roles at WebMD from October 2015 to October 2020, including HR Business Partner and Associate HR Generalist, where significant contributions included developing HR strategies, enhancing employee benefits compliance, and managing relationships with benefits brokers. Additionally, Giulia played a pivotal role in performance management and change management during acquisitions and workforce reductions. Prior to this, Giulia served as an HR Specialist and summer intern at WebMD, providing essential administrative support and engaging in various HR projects. Giulia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from William Paterson University of New Jersey and has educational experience at Università di Pavia.
