Charlotte Marciel

Charlotte Marciel is the Founder and Managing Partner of Business Intelligence Analytics, a position held since August 2017. Prior to this role, Charlotte served as a Senior Systems Analyst at HMSA from October 1996 to August 2024. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, completed between 1992 and 1996.
