Shanna Warden

Shanna Warden, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at Business Interiors, Inc. since December 2019, a role elevated to Human Resource Director in May 2022. Prior to this, Shanna worked in various HR capacities, including Senior Human Resources Generalist/HR Business Partner at WideOrbit and Human Resource Manager at Temenos, managing HR for multiple locations across the United States. Experience also includes a role in a house flipping business where contract review and negotiations were critical, as well as significant tenure at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as Human Resource Specialist and Employment & Recruiting Specialist. Shanna’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Tyler Junior College.
