Business Legal Partners is a company based out of Pasadena, California. We specialize in corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions transactions for start-up and emerging growth companies, and real estate transactions and litigation. The firm focuses on quantitative problem solving to give clients a competitive advantage. This focus originated from the firm’s representation of a brilliant but dyslexic client who had trouble reading contracts and written communications. As a response, the firm focused on numbers, producing quantitative analyses that showed ranges of numbers and probabilities to illuminate the potential profits and risks of legal decisions. This relationship, and the client, proved highly successful, with the company eventually going public. The quantitative methods that arose from this experience continue to define and differentiate our firm and its lawyers.
