Cataford holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Titan Medical Inc., where an interim role as President and CEO was held from December 2021 to June 2022. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Zephyr Sleep Technologies Inc., Cataford led the development of innovative sleep diagnostics and treatment devices. Additional experience includes independent corporate director roles with Sierra Wireless and Telus World of Science, alongside a background in investment and asset management at Espresso Capital Partners and HorizonOne Asset Management, respectively. Cataford's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Schulich School of Business and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, along with governance training from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
