Amber Glus

Amber Glus currently serves as the Director of Operations at Happenstance Whiskey, where responsibilities include enhancing operational efficiency, mentoring team members, and developing systems for company growth. Previously, Amber held roles such as Operations Consultant at Empowering Brands, where a new project management system was implemented, and Chief of Staff at Karen Laos Consulting, contributing to strategic planning and finance coordination. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Operations for Petite PWR Fitness and as National Sales Operations & Marketing Manager for United Country Real Estate, focusing on process creation and team development. Amber began a career in public affairs as the Director of Constituent & Media Operations for Colorado’s Lt. Governor Jane Norton. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University.
