Mark Hodgson

Mark Hodgson is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Mark Hodgson Transformational Leadership Consultancy, specializing in change management, executive coaching, and thought leadership since 2011. With extensive experience across both commercial and not-for-profit sectors, Mark serves as a judge for various industry awards, including aviation, space, and defense. In addition, Mark contributes as a faculty member at Thought Leaders Business School and Making Good Men Great, and acts as an i4 Partner with the About My Brain Institute, focusing on developing leadership competencies. Mark is also a speaker at multiple organizations, including The CEO Institute and Vistage UK, and holds an MBA in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a BA (Hons) in English from the University of Southampton.
