Rodolfo Artiles is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in talent consulting, executive search, and business development across a variety of industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Cornerstone Miami, Rodolfo oversees operations focused on the Spanish-speaking markets in the U.S., leading initiatives in Executive Search, Talent Management, and Career Services. As a Founder and Partner at Business Management Allied, Inc., Rodolfo is dedicated to driving sustainable improvements for clients. Previous roles include Commercial Director at Whirlpool Corporation, where Rodolfo directed a significant business transformation in the CAM region, and various leadership positions at The Clorox Company, where Rodolfo spearheaded market expansions and operational enhancements throughout Latin America. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Fisheries and Agricultural Economics from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
