Heather Core

Heather Core has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Heather began their career in 1993 at ERI Training, where they served as a Program Coordinator for Adult Education. In this role, Heather managed a program that improved employees' core academic skills, supported a virtual technical certification program, oversaw a public fiber optic certificate program, and assisted in hiring qualified instructors. In 2019, they joined BMRA as the Course Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the operations of various courses. Heather then progressed within the company, taking on the role of VP of Business Growth in 2021 and currently serves as Deputy VP of Operations.
