Project Management

The Project Management team at BMRA is responsible for overseeing acquisition training and consulting projects from inception to completion. They coordinate efforts between instructors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction. This team manages resources, schedules, and client communications, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
