Bas Brilman is a seasoned strategy and business designer currently working at Business Models Inc. since May 2021, an international design agency specializing in strategy and innovation. Prior to this role, Bas owned Brand New Workshops, focused on enhancing interaction during remote meetings for creative and analytical professionals. Bas has extensive experience in user experience (UX) design from a tenure at RTL, where responsibilities included advocating for users, coaching a team of UX designers, and conducting thorough UX research. Previous roles also include strategic design at Avante Consultancy, co-founding Packastorm to facilitate creative brainstorming, and various educational contributions at the University of Twente.
