Liza Trey Cmp

Liza Trey, CMP, has extensive experience in event management and planning. Liza is currently serving as the Vice President of Meetings & Events at the Business Network for Offshore Wind since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Trey & Associates from 2013 to 2021, providing high-level event management and planning for various organizations including the American Culinary Federation and the Association of Change Management Professionals. From 2016 to 2018, Liza was the Director of Meetings & Conventions at the American Association for Justice, where they directed the execution of complex legal industry conventions and trade-shows. Liza also served as the Director of Meetings at the American College of Radiology from 2014 to 2016 and as the Director of Meetings & Education at the Association of Corporate Counsel from 2007 to 2012.

Liza Trey, CMP completed an Executive MBA program at Boston University in the year 2011. Liza received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Liza also holds additional certifications in Virtual Event & Meeting Management obtained from the Event Leadership Institute in August 2020, and a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification received from the Events Industry Council in May 1994.
