Jeff Henderson

Co-Chair, Industry Advisory Board at Business of Sports School

Jeff Henderson is the current Co-Chair of the Industry Advisory Board at the Business of Sports School. Jeff has also held positions at The Dalton School, And Them, Cole Haan, and Nike.

Jeff Henderson began their career at Nike in 1996 as a Footwear Design Director. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining Nike's heritage running product while also creating trend-relevant modern executions that elevated the brand and the business. Jeff remained in this position for 15 years before moving on to Cole Haan in 2011 as their Innovation Director.

At Cole Haan, Jeff provided product and process solutions to the world of Brogues, Pumps, and Accessories with a team of Design, Engineering, and Testing professionals. Jeff remained with Cole Haan for two years before moving on to the Business of Sports School in 2013.

Most recently, Jeff has been working as the Assistant Basketball Coach at The Dalton School. In this role, they have focused on building team and individual ownership of practice by encouraging the more polished students to lead - from drills to attitude.

Jeff Henderson attended Jefferson High School before going to college for mechanical engineering. Jeff started at the Georgia Institute of Technology, but later transferred to Purdue University to finish their degree in engineering.
