Ricky Jones

Ricky Jones is an experienced Information Technology professional with a robust background in project management and client services. Currently serving as an Information Technology Project Manager at Business Operational Concepts, LLC since August 2022, Ricky previously held the position of Client Services Manager at IntePros, overseeing IT Services Desk Support for federal customers. Ricky’s extensive career includes roles as IT Project Manager and Computer Refresh Manager at DMI (Digital Management, LLC) from July 1996 to February 2022, as well as Systems Analyst positions at the Department of State Development and USA TODAY between 2000 and 2011. Ricky holds a degree in Information Technology from the College of Southern Maryland.
