Eric Nerdin

Eric Nerdin is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Finance Officer at Business Oregon since June 2021. Prior to this position, Eric worked as a Loan Specialist for USDA Rural Development, focusing on grants and loans for community facilities and water treatment systems. Eric's background includes a significant role as Loan Fund Manager at the Mid Columbia Economic Development District, where efforts were directed towards lending to small businesses across a five-county area in Oregon and Washington. Eric has also held various management positions in financial institutions including Branch Manager roles at Oregon Territory Federal Credit Union and First Independent Bank.
