Quincy Ely-Cate serves as the Director of Industrial Business Development at the Business Outreach Center Network, leading a team that provides essential services to industrial and manufacturing businesses in Central Queens and East Brooklyn. Additionally, Quincy functions as a Development Consultant for Finca La Azotea, overseeing the transformation of a 70-acre coffee farm in Antigua, Guatemala, into a mixed-use park aimed at fostering local economic growth and sustainability. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Business Development at NextChar LLC, where Quincy contributed to the commercial-scale production of biochar, and ownership of QMEC Real Estate, managing profitable real estate developments. Quincy holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a BA in Economics and Spanish from Trinity University.

Business Outreach Center Network’s mission is to improve the economic prospects of traditionally underserved groups, with a focus on low- and moderate-income entrepreneurs and their communities, and thereby create genuinely brighter futures. Working in partnership with culturally diverse individuals and organizations in support of this shared goal is the hallmark of BOC. BOC Network is a micro-enterprise/small business development organization with over a decade of delivering customized business services to micro and community business owners in New York City and, more recently, in Newark, New Jersey, as well as capacity-building services to organizations establishing and operating community and micro-enterprise development programs.
