Tarryn August

Tarryn August currently serves as Senior Legal Manager at Business Partners since April 2018, overseeing the legal collections department of the West Coast Business Unit and managing a team of two. Tarryn has been a part of Business Partners LTD since March 2011, previously holding the position of Legal Manager in the Collections Department and Senior Legal Officer, responsible for ensuring compliance and monitoring deal implementations. Tarryn’s expertise includes issuing instructions to attorneys, drafting legal documents, and stakeholder engagement. Tarryn began professional training as a Candidate Attorney at the UCT Law Clinic from June 2007 to June 2008. Tarryn holds both a Post Graduate LLB and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from the University of Cape Town.
