Traci Shepley

Traci Shepley has been working at Business Performance Group, Inc. since September 2001, holding titles of President and Director of Education & Training. Traci manages a team that supports the development and implementation of customized sales training programs for business partners. Prior to this, Traci worked at Career Search Associates, Inc. from January 1996 to August 2001, holding positions such as Inside Sales Manager and National Account Manager for HR Training Products. Traci Shepley is passionate about creating high-performance sales teams and has a background in executive search. Traci attended the University of Iowa and Des Moines Area Community College for their education.
