Joe Carr is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in operations and underwriting management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Business Risk Partners since October 2018, Carr oversees the Underwriting Support Team. Prior to this, Carr held various leadership roles at Travelers from 1999 to the present, including Strategic Initiative Director and Middle Market Operations - 2nd Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed consulting, analytic support, and management of substantial operational teams. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Vermont Mutual Insurance Group and The Hartford, contributing to underwriting operations and marketing strategies. Carr holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University.
