Arun Ramaswamy

Arun Ramaswamy has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. Arun began their career in 1993 as a Software Engineer at Intertec Communications, where they designed and developed communication solutions for various projects. In 1994, they joined Wipro as a Sr. Software Engineer and worked on developing configuration tools for Nortel Networks. During their time at Arthur Andersen Technology Solutions from 1996 to 2002, they served as a Lead Developer and was responsible for designing and developing tax solutions for international compliance. At Xerox from 2002 to 2009, Arun worked as a Software Development Manager, overseeing the design and development activities for fare collection systems using Java/J2EE and other technologies. Since 2009, they have been with Business Software, Inc. as a Director of Software Development, leading teams in building web applications and managing product development and implementation. Arun has also initiated API solutions to integrate BSI products with payroll systems, creating opportunities with SAP and other ERP vendors. Arun has demonstrated expertise in technical architecture, strategic planning, and executive leadership, and has actively engaged with customers and partners to drive product adoption and long-term growth strategies.

Arun Ramaswamy obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mysore between the years 1988 and 1992. Additionally, they have certifications in Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance and Workday Certified Integration Specialist from Workday.
