Fonda Gill has a diverse work experience in the field of payroll and operations management. Fonda is currently the Director of Tax Products at Business Software, Inc., a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to their current role, they served as the Senior Manager of Tax Products at the same company from March 2017 until October 2021.

Before joining Business Software, Inc., Fonda worked at ABM Industries as the Senior Director of Corporate Payroll from December 2013 to February 2017. In this role, they led strategic meetings to guide ABM's payroll delivery operations and managed a team responsible for corporate payroll, banking, planning, and various other functions supporting a large employee organization. Fonda successfully implemented business process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and compliance.

Fonda managed multiple national client account teams and executed projects, such as pay frequency consolidations and business process re-engineering, to increase effectiveness and productivity while reducing risk exposure. Fonda also built strong relationships with internal and external clients in a shared service and outsourcing environment.

Prior to ADP, Fonda held the position of Director of Operations at Worforce Insight from September 2007 to January 2009. In this role, they contributed to the strategic direction of the company, developed operational policies and procedures, and managed client projects. Fonda also participated in SOW development and vendor evaluations.
