Pascal Langenstein

Pascal Langenstein has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Pascal started their career at Comsys Bärtsch AG as an HVAC Technician from August 2007 to February 2010. Pascal then worked as a System Administrator at erma engineering ag from February 2011 to March 2014. From September 2012 to March 2014, they were a Software Engineer at Siemens. Moving forward, Langenstein joined ti&m AG as a Software Engineer from April 2014 to April 2016, during which they worked on different projects in sectors like banking, insurance, airlines, and e-commerce. Pascal then became a Senior Software Engineer at ti&m AG from May 2016 to July 2017, where they took on additional responsibilities such as promoting agile working methods and training apprentices. Pascal then worked as a Solution Designer at SIX Group from August 2017 to September 2018. Following that, Langenstein joined United Security Providers AG as a Senior Software Architect from October 2018 to December 2020. Prior to their current role, they were a Teacher at BWZ Rapperswil-Jona from March 2020 to August 2022. Currently, Langenstein holds the position of CTO / Software Architect / eGL (General Management Member) at Business Solution Group since January 2023, and they are also a CTO / Software Architect / GL-Mitglied (General Management Member) since January 2024.

Pascal Langenstein has a diverse education history. In 2021, they studied Russian at Liden & Denz Intercultural Institute of Languages. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Information Systems from ZHAW School of Management and Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil from 2010 to 2014. Pascal attended Berufsbildungszentrum Uster between 2007 and 2009, where they completed vocational school with a focus on technical studies. Pascal also earned a Federal VET Diploma in automation technician and building automation from the same institution from 2003 to 2007. Pascal has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including those in conflict management, software architecture, requirements engineering, and agile methodologies.
