Jo M.

Jo M. began their career at ScottishPower in 2007 as the Head of Credit Strategy in the Energy Retail Division. They later moved on to Standard Life, where they held multiple positions over a span of six years, including Head of Data & Customer Experience and Head of Support Services in the Customer Services Division. Currently, Jo M. is the Director of Customer Services and Customer Operations at Business Stream, a position they have held since May 2016.
