Phil Wigglesworth has over 16 years of extensive experience in installing and maintaining TDM and VoIP-based call recording solutions, working with leading systems such as NICE, Verint, ASC, RedBox, and Vocal at Business Systems UK Ltd since September 1997. Roles held include Head of Presales, Technical Presales Consultant, Senior Technical Services Engineer, Technical Services Engineer, and Installation Engineer, reflecting a progression from implementation to senior management, along with a focus on staff development and in-depth fault finding. Prior experience includes various contracts with Pertemps and a role as a Telecommunications Operator in the Royal Corps of Signals from January 1992 to April 1995. Phil Wigglesworth completed education at Parrs Wood High School from 1986 to 1991.
