Neil Dwight has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Neil joint-founded and served as a Director at Business Technology Group Ltd, where they were responsible for business operations, planning, and strategy. Neil also assisted with client management and engagement, and oversaw vendor strategy. In addition, they worked as a Treasurer at Aro Arataki Children's Centre from 2010 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Manager/IT Manager at Arrow International Limited from 1997 to 1999, and as a Projects Manager at Serco Group New Zealand Limited from 1995 to 1998.
Neil Dwight has a diverse education history, starting with their attendance at Chans Martial Arts. Neil then went on to complete their secondary education at CBHS. Afterwards, they pursued a military education at OCS WTG RNZA. Continuing their education, Neil completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business - Property from Lincoln University (NZ). Neil later pursued further studies at California State University-Sacramento, earning a Post Grad degree in International Business/Property. Finally, in 2005, Neil attended the Strategic Management Institute for the Strategic Leadership Programme, focusing on Strategic Leadership and Planning.
