John Belanger

John Belanger is a seasoned executive in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Wholesale North America at BTS since April 2024. As President of JLS Communications LLC since May 2011, Belanger has demonstrated leadership and strategic vision. Prior roles include Account Director at GTT from February 2022 to April 2024, VP of Messaging / IoT at Pareteum Corporation from 2019 to May 2021, and EVP at brightlink IP from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Belanger held the position of VP North American Sales at Telarix from 2013 to 2017, Founder/SVP of Service Provider Sales at IntelePeer, Inc from 2004 to 2012, and Sr. Director Carrier Services at France Telecom from 2002 to 2004. Earlier experience includes Director of Sales at Carrier1 and Vice President of Sales at US Xchange.
