Fabian Rudin

Fabian Rudin is a founding partner of Business Transaction AG. After studying business administration at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences ZHAW, he was immediately drawn to management consulting. As an employee from the very beginning, he entered the business of succession planning at the then start-up company Business Broker AG and played a key role in shaping its development into the Swiss market leader. After five years of service, he left the company as a member of the management board. Fabian Rudin can look back on more than 80 successful company sales in almost every industry. He published his experiences on the subject of succession as a co-author in the book "Buying and selling companies successfully - the practical guide".
