Theo Keane

Theo Keane currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer and US Managing Director at businessfourzero, a Heidrick & Struggles company, where the focus is on enhancing business practices for teams. Previously, Theo held various roles at Nesta, including Senior Programme Manager and Client Development Director, leading projects and initiatives for international development. Experience also includes roles such as Corporate Development Manager at Zamyn and Community Investment Manager at BT, where responsibilities involved account management and business development. Theo holds an MA in Sustainable Business from the University of Leeds, as well as a BA (Hons) in International Development with Politics from the same institution.
