Jemima Ashton-Allen has extensive work experience, starting in 1999 as the Owner of JL Ashton + Associates. Jemima then became the COO of BusinessGenetics in 2011. In 2019, they worked as an Accredited trainer at Becoming Your Best. In 2020, Jemima joined Promise Consulting as an Associate and later started their own company, JL Ashton & Associates, where they currently serve as the Owner.
Jemima Ashton-Allen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from RAU between 1988 and 1992. Their field of study during this time included English, communication, and political science.
