Dr. Meenakshi Banerjee

Dr. Meenakshi Banerjee is an accomplished professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at CRMNEXT since February 2014, Dr. Banerjee has also held positions as AVP-HR and Regional Head-HR. Prior to CRMNEXT, Dr. Banerjee was the Director at Meezon HR Services, a boutique consulting firm specializing in high-quality recruiting solutions and HR services from June 2005 to January 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of HR at Sahara Star, where a significant voluntary retirement scheme was successfully implemented for 800 employees. Academically, Dr. Banerjee holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from Chitkara University and has completed a Master of Public Administration from Lucknow University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Avadh Girls Degree College.
