Manali Patil is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in people management and recruitment. Currently serving as Manager - People and Development at BUSINESSNEXT since October 2022, Manali previously held the role of Assistant Manager - HR at CRMNEXT from November 2019 to October 2022 and Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Clover Infotech from June 2016 to November 2019.
