Amber W.

Amber W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Amber started their career in 2010 at Mercer, where they worked as a BPO GUL Customer Service Specialist until September 2011. Amber then transitioned to the role of Professional Liability Underwriter from September 2011 to June 2014. Afterward, they became a Sr. CMM Claims Adjudicator at Mercer from June 2014 to April 2016.

Amber then joined Businessolver in April 2016 as an Operations Billing Analyst and remained in this role until October 2019. From October 2019 to March 2023, they worked as a Configuration Specialist at Businessolver. Currently, they hold the position of System Design Analyst at Businessolver, starting in April 2023.

Amber W. attended Ankeny High School from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Diploma in General Studies. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they studied Business Administration at Kaplan University, but they did not earn a degree in this field.
