Bryan Crow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bryan started their career as a Loan Specialist II at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2009, where they filed claims to the Department of Housing and Urban Development and managed loan portfolios. In 2010, they joined ADP as a Benefits Representative, responsible for daily benefits administration and collaborating with clients to address inquiries and create processing schedules. Bryan then moved to Businessolver in 2013, starting as a System Relationship Manager before being promoted to System Relationship Executive. In these roles, they managed benefit administration for large clients, ensured accurate system configuration, and gathered client requirements for system requests. In 2015, Bryan transitioned to the role of Business Analyst/System Architect, leading technical and operational design for system implementation engagements and providing feedback to clients. Most recently, they assumed the role of Answer Bar Team Lead in 2019 and is currently working as a Data Integration Manager at Businessolver.

Bryan Crow obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business, completing their education between 2005 and 2009.
