Cyndi Wagner

Cyndi Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Cyndi began their career at Standard & Poor's, where they worked as a Product Specialist for a decade. In this role, Cyndi served as a liaison between Data Operations and various departments, providing support to sales staff and customers regarding data feed product specifications.

Cyndi then transitioned to Morningstar, where they initially worked as a Product Specialist before being promoted to Product Manager Licensed Data Redistribution. In this role, they served as the primary point of contact for around 100 data redistribution clients, resolving client queries and providing support to sales staff.

After their tenure at Morningstar, Cyndi joined Group Benefits Ltd as a Licensing and Contracting Specialist. Cyndi'sresponsibilities included processing agreements for agents, maintaining records, and ensuring proper licensing.

Cyndi then moved on to Businessolver, initially joining in 2013 as an Implementation/Systems Data Analyst. In this role, they served as a Business Systems and Implementation analyst, participating in requirements gathering sessions and creating mapping and translation documents between data elements. Cyndi later grew within the company, becoming an Integrations Analyst II and then an Integrations Analyst III.

Cyndi also worked at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a Business Analyst, specifically focusing on Sales and Marketing Technical Support.

Throughout their career, Cyndi has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Cyndi Wagner attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1990 to 1995, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree. Cyndi'sfield of study was Elementary Education.
