Emily Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Emily started their career in 2006 at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they worked as a Membership Specialist from November 2006 to August 2013, and later became a Group Enrollment Specialist from August 2013 to November 2015.

In 2016, Emily joined Businessolver, where they held several positions. Emily started as a Client Relationship Specialist from March 2016 to April 2017, then transitioned to the role of Client Operations Advocate from April 2017 to September 2017. Emily was promoted to Client Operations Lead and served in this position from September 2017 to January 2019. Emily then became a Client Operations Lead Coach from January 2019 to September 2021.

Afterwards, Emily worked as an Operations SWAT Consultant at Businessolver from September 2021 to November 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Fulfillment Team Lead at Businessolver, starting in August 2022.

Emily Brown has obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree with a minor in English from Iowa State University - College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Additionally, they have completed a Master's degree in Business Leadership from William Penn University.
