Jamon Harrell, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of work experience in various HR and business roles. Jamon is currently the Senior Director of Client Onboarding at Businessolver, where they have been since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Onboarding and Client Onboarding Lead from 2018 to 2022.

Before joining Businessolver, Harrell worked at National Oilwell Varco for 11 years. Jamon held the position of Director of Global HRIS from 2013 to 2018, where they provided executive-level support and oversaw the planning, development, and implementation of HR functions. In 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance, specializing in the field of General Finance at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business. Jamon completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same institution in 2012, further specializing in Finance, General.

In addition to their educational background, Jamon Harrell has earned several certifications. Jamon became a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certified professional in June 2008, awarded by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
