Jeri Wonders - Shrm-Cp, Cebs

Jeri Wonders has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Jeri currently works at Businessolver as a Client Champion, where they address member issues and ensures data accuracy. Prior to this, Jeri served as the Human Resource Manager at the Muskegon Area District Library, overseeing daily HR operations and providing support to the administration. Jeri also worked at Mercy Health as a Human Resource Specialist, where they managed benefits data and provided training to new employees. Previous roles include positions at Hackley Primary Care, Baker College of Fremont, and Howmet Aerospace, where they handled various HR responsibilities and contributed to business efficiencies.

Jeri Wonders - SHRM-CP, CEBS earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grand Valley State University. They also obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Muskegon Community College. In December 2016, they achieved the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Additionally, they earned the Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute.
