Kimberly Kelley

Kimberly Kelley has over 17 years of work experience in the learning and development field. Kimberly is currently employed at Businessolver as the Director of Learning and Deployment, where they lead a team responsible for designing and deploying training solutions for employees and clients. Kimberly also serves as the Learning & Development Lead, where they have implemented various coaching models and developed learning plans for multiple departments. Prior to this, Kimberly worked at ADP as a Lead Learning Coach and Performance Consultant, where they managed onboarding programs, developed curricula, and led process improvement projects. Kimberly also worked at Visiont as a Learning Consultant, designing blended learning approaches for Wells Fargo Financial. Additionally, Kimberly has experience as a Sr Instructional Designer at Aviva North America, where they developed and evaluated soft skills and technical skills courses, and as a Training Specialist at ING, where they facilitated classes and managed multiple projects.

Kimberly Kelley's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant Management and Psychology from Iowa State University. Kimberly also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Kimberly obtained an ASTD Training Certification from ATD Central Iowa Chapter in October 2005.
