Missy Keenan

Missy Keenan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Missy started their career in 1992 as a Communications Coordinator at Planned Parenthood of Greater Iowa. In 1994, they transitioned to being a Technical Writer at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they later became a Digital Experience Consultant in 2000. In 2013, they took on the role of a Digital Experience Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for various successful projects and played a vital role in improving user experiences. Missy Keenan also had a period of self-employment from 2014 to 2023, where they served as a Writer, editor, project manager, and digital user experience consultant. Most recently, they joined Businessolver in 2023 as a Writer.

Missy Keenan attended Drake University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Magazine Journalism. Missy also holds a certification as a Certified Usability Analyst from the institution Human Factors International.
