Nnamdi I.

Nnamdi I. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nnamdi currently works as an Integrations Analyst III at Businessolver since March 2021. Prior to this, from November 2019 to March 2021, they held the role of Technical Consultant at Ceridian.

Nnamdi's longest tenure was at bswift where they held multiple roles from March 2012 to November 2019. During their time there, they served as a Project Lead, EDI, managing various technical aspects of new client implementations, including vendor file interfaces, Single-Sign-On connections, and Salesforce data integrations. Nnamdi facilitated streamlined requirements gathering processes and led technical discussions with vendors and clients. Additionally, they led quality assurance audits and provided technical training to team members. Earlier at bswift, they also held the roles of Account Manager, EDI, Analyst, EDI, and Analyst, Client Services.

Prior to their tenure at bswift, Nnamdi gained experience at UIC Student Centers, where they held the roles of Student Coordinator, Building Operations, and Building Manager.

Nnamdi I. pursued their education at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2007 to 2011. During this period, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
