Rupa Chatterji

Rupa Chatterji has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience research and design. Rupa started their career as a User Experience Intern at Kroger in 2009, followed by an internship at RCA Commercial Electronics in 2010. Rupa then worked as a User Experience Research and Design professional at HomeAdvisor from February 2013 to December 2014. In 2015, they joined DaVita Kidney Care as a User Experience Product Owner, which lasted until January 2016. From March 2017 to June 2019, Rupa worked as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Spectrum. Currently, they are employed as a Lead UX Researcher at Businessolver since July 2019.

Rupa Chatterji has a Master of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, which they obtained from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2010. Prior to their master's degree, Rupa also completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and Computer Programming Technology at Purdue University. In addition to their formal education, Rupa has obtained a certification in HTML, CSS, and Javascript for Web Developers from Coursera Course Certificates in November 2016.
