Ezra Okon

Ezra Okon's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Ezra is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations, Strategy, and Analytics at BusPatrol since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Business Excellence at BusPatrol from January 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining BusPatrol, Ezra worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2016 to 2020. Ezra held the positions of Principal from October 2019 to December 2020, Project Leader from January 2018 to September 2019, and Consultant from January 2016 to December 2017.

In 2015, Ezra worked as an Interim COO at Adeo Health Science, where they were responsible for product development, back-end development, supply chain, demand planning, and customer service.

Ezra also worked as an Independent Consultant at Urbanr in 2015 and as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in 2014.

Ezra started their career at United Technologies in 2010 and held roles such as Corporate Strategy and Development from February 2012 to June 2013 and Financial Leadership Program Associate from July 2010 to August 2012. During their time at United Technologies, they had various rotations across different functional areas in the company.

Additionally, they worked as the General Manager at UConn Television Station from August 2009 to May 2010, overseeing the daily operations and re-designing the website.

Ezra also gained experience in operations at UBS Investment Bank in 2009.

Ezra Okon has obtained a degree in Finance with a focus on Mathematics and Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, they have completed an MBA from Harvard Business School.
