Kate Manahan

Kate Manahan is an accomplished Chief People Officer currently leading People strategy at BusPatrol since September 2024. Previously, Kate served in similar roles at Built Technologies and Five Frogs, Inc., where responsibilities included talent attraction, development, and retention, as well as serving on the Board of Directors to advance diversity and leadership initiatives. Kate's extensive experience at Bridgewater Associates spans over a decade, where key accomplishments included overseeing reward programs, initiating Diversity and Inclusion efforts, and contributing to women's leadership development. Kate began their career with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a BA in Economics and Communications from Boston College.
