Bethanye McKinney Blount

Bethanye McKinney Blount is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in engineering and program management. Currently serving as a Founding Advisor and Board Member for Project Include since December 2015, Bethanye focuses on advancing diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. Additional roles include Advisor for BusRight and Fathom, where efforts involve improving transportation efficiency and enhancing note-taking functionalities, respectively. As the Founder and CEO of Compaas from January 2016 to November 2023, Bethanye developed a platform for optimizing employee compensation decisions.
