Aylin Fink has a diverse work experience in the field of UI/UX design. Aylin is currently working at BUSSE Design+Engineering GmbH as a UI/UX Designer since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior UI/UX Designer at the same company from February 2021 to September 2022. Aylin also gained experience as a UI/UX Designer on a freelance basis from November 2020 to February 2021. Aylin started their professional career as a Trainee UI/UX Designer at oddity in November 2019 and worked until April 2020. Aylin had an early experience as a Student Intern at designaffairs GmbH from September 2017 to February 2018. Before that, they worked as a Working Student at Carl Zeiss Optotechnik GmbH from August 2016 to November 2016 and had an internship at Becker Werbeagentur GmbH from September 2014 to January 2015.
Aylin Fink pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their attendance at Schiller-Gymnasium from 2006 to 2014. Here, they completed their Abitur degree. In 2015, they enrolled at Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd, where they studied Interaktionsgestaltung and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 2019. Continuing their educational journey, Aylin joined Hochschule Neu-Ulm in 2022, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Corporate Communication and Media Management.

As early as in 2002, we successfully implemented ISO-certification and quality processes into our daily product development as one of the first design and construction offices. In 2015, we had our standard-compliant work in all departments according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 recertified. The BUSSE-team is aware that our conscientious use of knowledge and experience will lead to market maturity of our customers' products within the value generation process of product development.
